Why Powder Coating?

Powder coating has evolved from a niche alternative to liquid paint to the premier finish for everything from patio furniture to aerospace components. Here's why shops across North Texas choose powder: it delivers better coverage, tougher durability, lower environmental impact and beautiful results — all at competitive cost.

Unlike liquid paint, powder is applied as a dry material and cured under heat to form a hard, durable finish. There's no solvents, no VOC emissions, and no drips or runs. The result is a thicker, more uniform coating that's more resistant to chipping, scratching and fading than conventional paint.

We operate modern batch powder coating lines handling everything from small custom parts to larger fabricated assemblies. Our experienced applicators know how to achieve consistent coverage and deliver finishes that look great and perform for years in the field.

The Powder Process

1

Surface Preparation

Parts are cleaned, chemically treated and dried. Proper prep is essential for powder to adhere correctly and last.

2

Powder Application

Powder is sprayed using electrostatic spray guns. The charged particles adhere to the grounded metal part.

3

Curing

Coated parts enter a curing oven where heat causes the powder to flow, cure and harden into a durable finish.

4

Quality Check

Finished parts are inspected for coverage, adhesion, finish quality and cured hardness.
